Victoria Police Subaru WRX STI (Australia)
Flat four, twin turbo engine, producing 202 kw (according to official specs). All wheel drive. My police friend says the cabins of these things are just about impossible to fit into. But on the upside they make a nice “psshhhh” sound on the gear change, so it evens out.

Cumbria Police Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII (United Kingdom)
Officially producing 276 hp/206 kW (but UK versions may be rated at higher speeds). Four wheel drive for added “road stick” (technical term).

Deutsche Polizei Porsche 911 Carrera S TechArt (Germany)
997 3.8L flat 6 engine, making 370hp (272kW). Nothing funny about this. And that’s the way the Germans like it.

New York Police Department Dodge Charger
V8 engine, going from zero to 60 in 6.57s, according to Associated Press. I know, I know. But they are trying. Bless ‘em. But now they can say “mine was in a Transformers film”.

South African Lamborghini Gallardo (South Africa)
5.0 L V10 engine, making 373 kW (500 bhp). Same specs as before because I can’t find very much information on this one at all. And it’s orange, of course (?????).

That Corvette C5 is a Z06 so it would have either 385HP (2001) or 405HP (2002-2004)

it wus a saleen s281 extreme and if you are a car guy like me, youll know that it is fake…saleen does not make police pakages like that one. also, the car wus built on a corvette frame and wus made by the construction team of the transformer movie
