I’ve just installed a new plugin for managing comments in WordPress. Now, WordPress is meant to be a strong core tool to handle blogging. It’s extensible, so you can add plugins to manage additional functionality. However I do think that comment handling is severely lacking, even in the core install. As it stands, administrators need to revisit particular posts in order to reply to comments. I believe that this should be handled from the administration side of the site. Thankfully I’m not alone and TechieBuzz agrees with me. I’ve just installed their Better Comments Manager to improve this comment management problem.
