Spam from the Haines Centre for Strategic Management

Recently I’ve been getting a lot of spam - that’s unsolicited commercial email - from this place called the Haines Centre for Strategic Management. They’re trying to sell the usual guff, training seminars, strategy workshops, management training. In essence, from reading their website, it looks like the same basic knowledge you could read in any management or business textbook. In fact, this is stuff they teach in freshman year at university. But the Haines Centre for Strategic Management isn’t cheap - try upwards of US$600 to sit and listen to this idiot tell you how you could do things the way he does. So, Stephen Haines, how good can your firm be if it has to resort to spamming for customers?
